Do I need to be there during the move?
It is up to you. If you prefer to be around whilst we pack, that is fine. Alternatively, if you would prefer to be absent, that is fine too.
What about especially precious objects?
We consider everything is precious and take the upmost care, however sometimes accidents do happen. If you have any particular items that need extra care we will individually wrap and pack, and transport separately.
What about things I don’t want to take with me?
With you we will determine what you would like to give to family, friends, charity and rubbish, and will coordinate accordingly.
How can I obtain an estimate on how much the move will cost?
We will come to your house to see what needs to be packed and give you an estimated quote soon after.
What areas do you cover?
We tend to service NSW, mainly Sydney metropolitan, North Coast & South Coast, however we are not restricted to these areas.
Do you organise the removalist?
We can organise the removalist for you if you would like us to, or alternatively you can organise your own.
Do we need to organise the packing material?
We will organise that after we have been to see you and estimated what is required.
Will you unpack at the other end?
We will unpack and settle you into your new home. We do as much as you would like us to do.
What is your plan regarding COVID-19?
The wellbeing of our clients and staff is always important. We have adopted a COVID-19 Safety Plan based on NSW Government guidelines. This includes:
- Use of masks when appropriate
- Social distancing always
- Wearing gloves when appropriate
- Washing of hands with soap thoroughly and regularly or using hand sanitiser throughout the packing process
- Record names and contact details of clients, employees and contractors for a period of 28 days for each individual job
- Exclude any employees or contractors who are feeling unwell
